The improved optical image stabilization (OIS 1.5°) allows the Galaxy A54 5G to capture more details and light in low-light conditions, while also providing stable videos without shakes or light-dragging. The optical stabilizer (OIS) smooths out unintentional camera movements by physically adjusting the lens. It helps you take sharp photos even in low light or/and with long focal distances, where otherwise the shot would have been blurred.

Stability and detail in videos

The 1.6x wider OIS (1.5°) mechanically moves the image sensor in response to any shake detected on your smartphone. At the same time, the 4.2x/2.5x higher VDIS (833/500 Hz) digitally reduces the level of blur or distortion in videos that may be caused by unstable movements.
